Sunday in Santo Domingo

The group arrived late last night.  Most of us enjoyed breakfast this morning and then took two buses to the Church of Christ about 30 minutes away.

When we arrived, this group was singing. 

It was a great worship time together.  I heard a lot of guesses on how many people were present.  I heard 2,000-3,000.  The singing was awesome and it was just a glimpse of what heaven will be like.

When we returned to the hotel, we enjoyed a buffet and then the conference began.  This is the podium in the conference room.

This is Nathan translating for Daniel, as we get a overview of the work going on in Santo Domingo.

It was a good beginning for the conference.  I will be able to enjoy two days before I return to Chichicastenango.
