My Mom and dad met me at the airport on Saturday night, with my DDP, diet Doctor Pepper! I first drank my DDP, then said hello and hugged my mom and dad..........just kidding!! We had an uneventful drive home to Morganton.
Mom tried my new apron..........but it is not for her :)
We took dad out for dinner tonight. There was a special restaurant that he wanted to go to but when we walked in, the power went off. They did not know how long it would be before it was restored so we went to another restaurant. We all had BBQ Ribs :)
Tomorrow I will go to Winston to see friends and visit with the South Fork Church of Christ, my sponsoring congregation.
