Our new road!

A couple of months ago, the road near our houses caved it..........to put it mildly.  In this first photo, you can where the road use to be and the small wall that they built to prevent people from getting too close.

As I mentioned, the wall was built to prevent people from getting to close.

How far down down it does it go?  The pavement  was already cracking so I did not want to get any closer.

Last week we saw them surveying the land.  That was a good sign!  Now they have already started putting in the road on the left side......now we can get a little farther away from that scary edge!
